Lead Pastor
Dwayne has been in ministry for more than 20 years. He planted The District Church in Broad Ripple in 2016 with the desire to help others follow Jesus and find true treasure!
His preaching is verse-by-verse and expository. The pulpit is where he is most himself: grounded in the text, plainspoken, and unhurried. He cares about long-term discipleship more than short-term excitement, and he wants The District to be a church where people are known by name, full of joy, and live every day to make Christ known.
Dwayne and his wife Kelsey live in Indianapolis with their three boys. He enjoys local coffee shops, classic diners, old trucks, motorcycle rides, woodworking, and golfing.
